Are you looking to List Your Home on the Market? 

The Market is HOT in Phoenix Right Now and it’s a “Buyers Market”, buyers are buying up the inventory in Phoenix, and you will have to price very aggressively if you don’t want to have your home sit on the market for months. If you want to price you home to sell I can help you or if I’m not experienced with your area, I will refer you to an experienced agent of that area (Flagstaff, Prescott, Tucson, Yuma, Casa Grande). Sellers you have to understand  that  in this market it takes longer than normal because buyers will skip your house and go to the next, especially if they don’t feel that emotional attachment. Some buyers are afraid to buy because of the past market, so expect some low ball offers, and don’t take it personal.

Financing as Real Estate Agents we try and take in as much mortgage program information out there, so for new financing programs, payment assistance, and grants I will try to assist you the best I can and will refer you to talk with a lender for that advice.
